The life of our Presbytery and our congreations revolve around our mission to serve God and others. We celebrate how Presbyterians serce together in projects here in Indiana and abroad, with children and adults, during missiontrips or Vacation Bible School, always sharing the Good News of God's love in Christ.

Focus on Mission:  During three regional events in October 2007, members of Whitewater Valley Presbytery churches gathered to highlight the mission of local congregations. Participants learned from each other about the mission work by their churches, and they got ideas about how to grow their mission outreach.

Mission Challenge'07: A Presbyterian missionary serving in Thailand, Bill Yoeder, visited our Presbytery for a week in October 2007. His visit was part of the denomination's challenge to our congregations to support our missionaries with prayers, correspondence and/or financial backing.

Mission Database:(forthcoming)  This is a unique and helpful tool for a church wanting to grow in their mission outreach. This seachable database will give you a glimpse of what other churhces in the presbytery are doing in mission.

Peacemaking Mission Partnership Grants:  If you congregation is passionate about mission, but they need a little extra help to get a project off the ground, consider appolying for this partnership grant.
